Why should you work at Riverside Bridge School?

Riverside Bridge School values our staff immensely.  Every staff member plays an integral part in the ‘working cogs’ of the school which makes the learning experiences for our pupils the best it can be.

We offer regular training opportunities both internally and externally and a genuinely supportive working environment.  The building is relatively new and comes with all the modern facilities required to meet the needs of the pupils and the staff.

In order to be a good employer we have provided staff benefits such as:

  • Mail on Monday

  • Treaty Tuesday

  • Thankful Thursday

  • Feel Good Friday

  • 100% attendance incentives

  • Well-being Team

  • Well-being Room

However, we believe being a good employer is not just about incentives and benefits.  It is about ensuring the staff are valued.  Senior Leaders promote a culture of being welcoming, listening, being helpful and always working together.

It is important to us that staff are happy in their role.  Happy staff = happy pupils.
